Payment methods

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount — there is no customs charge, no import duty and no handling fee added afterwards.

What we accept

• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
• PayPal — pay with your balance, linked bank account or card
• Digital wallets — Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices

How your card is protected

Card data is entered on the payment provider's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and is never stored on our servers. The whole checkout runs over a 256-bit TLS encrypted connection, and we only ever receive the last four digits and an authorisation result.

When you are charged

We authorise the card when you place the order and capture the funds when the parcel is picked from the warehouse. If an item turns out to be unavailable, that line is released immediately and never charged.

Declined or failed payments

A declined payment leaves the order unpaid and unshipped — you are welcome to retry with a different method. Nothing is held on an unpaid order.

Sales tax

Where state law requires us to collect sales tax, it is calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you confirm. It is included in the total you pay.
