What we do with your information

We use the information you give us — name, email, shipping address, order history — to take payment, ship your order and provide support. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade our customer list.

The one thing that comes close: cookies and pixels set by advertising and analytics partners can be used to build a profile of your browsing across sites, which the CPRA treats as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can switch that off.

How to opt out

• Send us a request via the contact form with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information". Include the email address used on your order so we can locate the record. We honour requests within 15 business days and confirm by email.
• Block the cookies yourself — see our Cookie policy for step-by-step browser instructions. Blocking advertising cookies achieves the same result immediately, without waiting for us.
• Global Privacy Control (GPC) — if your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request automatically.

Other rights you have

• Know what categories of personal information we hold about you and why
• Access a copy of it
• Correct information that is inaccurate
• Delete it, subject to the records we must keep for tax and accounting
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information
• Not be discriminated against — opting out never changes your price or the service you receive

We will never ask you to pay a fee to exercise any of these rights. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
